Writing Guidelines: Updated February 25, 2007 Author Mania is accepting submissions from new and published authors. We are looking for articles that deal with all aspects of the writing world. We accept submissions on topics such as how to write, getting publishing, character building, plots, freelancing, selling articles, writing for certain markets, self publishing, etc. Articles must be at least 400 words. We pay a flat fee of $10 per accepted article paid via PayPal. We accept book review submissions. Reviews may be any length, but at least 200 words, and on any type of book EXCEPT adult, extreme violence, and racism. Please be sure to include the book author's name with your review. Book reviews pay a flat fee of $3 per accepted book review paid via PayPal. You will recieve a byline for your material. Please note that due to the high volume of emails received that we respond to only submissions we are able to use. If your submission is accepted, you will receive a response within two weeks, usually less. By submitting your material, if your article or book review is accepted, you agree to let us archive your article on AuthorMania.com. Please send submissions in the body of an email to Elisha Charles with the subject line 'Author Mania Submission'. No attachments please. All material should be in the body of the email.
